Cancellation Policies of Nainital Travel Package :-

• 90 Days or more prior to arrival date - 75 % refund

• 60 Days or more prior to arrival date - 50 % refund

• 30 – 15 Days prior to arrival date - 35 % refund

• 14 – 7 Days – 25 % refund

• 7 – 0 Days – No Refund

NO SHOW NO REFUND with in the time period of your arrival.

Hotel Reservation and Cancellation Policies : -

As per the rules of the hotels, Resorts and Camps, check in time is from 11.00 A.M to 12.00 P.M. check out time is 10.00 A.M.

• Early Check in or Late Check out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel as different hotels have different terms.
• Children, up to 5 years of age, can stay in their parents' room without an additional charge. However, NO extra bed will be provided.
• Extra bed for children will be chargeable .
• Hotels DO charge for meal supplement for children like Milk and cornflakes.
• Hotels reserve the right to charge higher fees during Public Holidays,
• Weekends and Peak Seasons.
• Kid's tariff applies only to children up to 12 years of age. Children above 12 years are charged as adults .
• All cancellation or modification must be informed directly to us.
• Cancellation or modification made directly at the hotel will not be entertained.
• We take at least 7-8 working days to process refunds for bookings cancelled online.
• To confirm reservation we would require a minimum of 50% as advance.
